Pirramimma McLaren Vale (SA) 2012 Eight Carat Riesling
$12.00A Riesling from a top maker from what some commentators are calling the best vintage in decades. Grape yields were however well down so prices like this are unlikely to remain. This wine has lovely soft fruit balanced by a light citrus tang that has already softened showing the sweet fruit underneath. This is perfect drinking now but will thrive for at least more two years.
