Deep inky black/purple in colour, it has a warm and rich aroma with hints of blackberry. Made by well known wine maker Dominique Portet, this is a powerful, dry, old-fashioned red from the Pyrenees region of Victoria that is fully mature and ready to drink. Lovely scented flavour with great fruit and drying tannins but not long on the finish.
