Returns Policy

If, for whatever reason, you do not like a particular wine, we will be very happy to replace it. If you think it is “corked” or over the hill, we would suggest you try a second bottle – it is an unfortunate fact of life that on average 1 in 10 bottles with cork closures have some kind of fault, particularly for older red wines. If still no good then simply let us know and we will replace all the unopened bottles, plus whatever bottles you opened but found wanting. We do reserve the right to have the offending but unopened bottles returned to us at our cost.
