Big Dan also has a Cracka of a wine! $22 v $13!

Hello,

Last week we released, and in a few hours ran out of, a very good pinot for $14 from Salitage when Cracka Wines had previously had it for sale at $19.99. With the cooler weather on the way we now turn to cabernet, and are releasing the 2010 Alkoomi cabernet for only $13 – and this week we get our jollies from seeing it at Dan Murphy’s at $22! Smooth and supple with a lovely, dry (cabernet) finish, this is a serious bargain.

We also release another very nice pinot from the west, this time the lighter style Peppermint Creek pinot from the excellent 2011 vintage as well as the fresh and crisp Briarose Estate Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River.

For our “Bargain of the Week” we have another special from Salitage – for only $7.50 a bottle you can indulge in the 2009 Chardonnay Verdelho - from a great vintage, it is soft, delicious, and easy drinking with a nice, clean finish. With a RRP of $18 you will get a real bargain for this week only at $7.50 a bottle.

With all four of the wines coming from across the desert, it looks like the West has won the honours this week!

With Dan Murphy offering it at $22, and Wine Selectors at $18, for only $13 it is a great bargain.
